Scope and Current Status

This policy covers A&D’s proposed internal owner estimate text alerts. The program is being configured. Live enrollment and alert sending are not yet enabled. It does not enroll customers in text alerts or marketing.

Information and Use

When enrollment is enabled, we will collect the owner’s mobile number and consent record to manage enrollment, deliver notifications about estimates successfully saved in Housecall Pro, provide support and honor unsubscribe requests. Consent records will document when and how permission was given.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers, including Twilio, may process information as necessary to deliver and administer the program. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Your Choices

Enrollment is optional and requires affirmative consent. Once messaging is enabled, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Security and Retention

We will limit access to authorized personnel and service providers and use reasonable safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Records will be retained only as needed to administer the program, document consent and withdrawal, resolve issues and meet applicable legal requirements. Requests to access, correct or delete information may be sent to the contact below, subject to necessary recordkeeping obligations.
